Chelsie Martin

FOUNDATION PRESIDENT

Chelsie Martin, Coolidge Foundation President, has dedicated her adult life to serving in the criminal justice field. Chelsie graduated with early honors from Mansfield University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2006. Martin started her career as a probation office intern for the Tioga County Department, where she assisted in the supervision of juveniles, office visits with offenders in non-crisis matters and learning the requirements of the department.

In 2007, Chelsie became a Chidcare Worker for the Tioga County Department of Human Service, where she spent a year in the Secure Detention Unit providing direct care work. In 2008, Martin took a role as an Enforcement Officer for the Tioga County Domestic Relations Office. During this time, Martin worked on a daily basis to ensure compliance and enforcement of support laws.

In January, 2011, Chelsie was hired as a Probation Officer within the Tioga County Probation Department and worked closely to conduct investigations, monitor and report her case loads and represent court officials.

Chelsie spends much of her time bettering her community sitting on Little League board and serving with the Tioga County Partnership to develop outdoor programs, such as WalkWorks to enrich our outdoor enthusiasts.
