Craig Eccher, retired President & CEO at Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative and C&T Enterprises Inc., has twenty years’ of executive experience navigating regulatory, commodity, and infrastructure challenges. Craig has provided guidance to Governance, employees, and customers with the primary goal of keeping the lights on at a fair price. Craig most recently launched TRICO Connections bringing Fiber to the Home (FTTH) internet service and bridging the digital divide to thousands of customer's in the northern tier of Pennsylvania. Most recently, Craig consults utility and communication challenges through his company Tower Hill Communications LLC. He also manages real-estate holdings and farmland.

Craig holds a Engineering bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton and a Management Internship from The University of Nebraska.
